What LifeTime stores

LifeTime stores the profile name and identity you enter, daily goals, recorded values, XP, focus time, achievements, journal entries, settings and optional journal photos. Before you sign in, this data remains in your browser. After you connect cloud sync, it is stored in the LifeTime Supabase project under your account.

Authentication

You can sign in through Telegram or an email link. LifeTime receives the account identifiers and basic profile information needed to create and maintain your session. It does not receive your Telegram password.

How data is used

Your information is used only to provide LifeTime features, calculate your progress, synchronize devices, recover your account data and keep the service secure. LifeTime does not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Storage and security

Cloud records are protected with per-user database access rules. Journal photos are stored in a private bucket and opened through time-limited links. Essential cookies or browser storage keep your session, preferences and device progress available.

Your choices

You may export a JSON backup from Settings. You may delete a journal entry without deleting that day's statistics. When signed in, Settings → Delete account and data removes your account, cloud records and private photos. When signed out, the same area can erase device-only progress.

Service providers and retention

LifeTime uses Supabase for authentication, database and file storage, Telegram for optional sign-in, and ChatGPT Sites for hosting. Data remains until you delete it, except for short-lived technical logs and backups retained by providers for security and reliability.

Changes

This policy may be updated when LifeTime changes. The date at the top will be revised when that happens.
